Booking FAQs
Quick answers to the most common questions before you book.
You do not need to be home for exterior work as long as we have access to the vehicle. For interior work we would need someone present at the start to let us in. We will confirm all of this with you before the booking.
We recommend booking at least 2 weeks in advance to secure your preferred date, especially for machine polishing and ceramic coating work as these slots fill up quickly. For valets and deep cleans we can sometimes accommodate shorter notice depending on availability.
We require a 30% deposit on all bookings to secure your slot. For machine polishing and ceramic coating bookings a larger deposit may be required. This will be confirmed at the time of booking.
Light rain is not usually a problem for interior work. For exterior work we carry a canopy which covers most medium sized vehicles so we can often continue in light rain. If heavy rain is forecast on the day of a machine polishing or ceramic coating booking we will reschedule to ensure the products perform correctly. We will always contact you in advance if we need to move your booking.
Times vary by service and vehicle size. A maintenance valet takes 1-2 hours, an entry level valet 2-3 hours, a deep clean 4-5 hours and a machine polish with ceramic coating 6-8 hours. We will give you a more accurate time estimate when we confirm your booking.
We cover Cannock, Hednesford and the surrounding areas of Staffordshire and the West Midlands within an 18 mile radius, including Walsall, Wolverhampton, Lichfield, Tamworth, Burntwood, Rugeley, Stafford, Great Wyrley, Norton Canes and Sutton Coldfield.
